Service Description
It’s time to prepare for our amazing Annual Showcase! Picture Weekend is a high-energy event where dancers get a professional studio experience in their favorite costumes. The Details: * Free to Attend: There is no sitting fee to participate in our professional photo setup! * Individual Bookings: Each dancer must be booked separately for their own 10-minute slot. * Sibling Requirements: Siblings MUST be booked in separate, back-to-back Picture Spots. If you cannot find consecutive times, please text us at 678-764-3909 for assistance. * Digital Memories: All packages include a downloadable link to all high-resolution pictures taken, emailed shortly after the weekend! * Memory Book Features: Each package purchase includes a custom feature in our Digital Memory Book—ranging from 1/4 page spots to full magazine spreads! Important Studio Policies: * Payment: All photo packages must be decided and paid for at the studio during Picture Weekend. We accept Apple Pay, Google Pay, Cash, Check and Credit/Debit. * No Refunds: There are no refunds or credits for any reason.
Cancellation Policy
To ensure a smooth and professional experience for all of our dancers and families, please review our studio policies for Showcase Picture Weekend: Payment & No Refunds: All photo combinations must be decided and paid for at the studio during Picture Weekend. We accept Apple Pay, Google Pay, and Credit/Debit cards. We do not accept cash or checks at the shoot. There are no refunds or credits for any reason. Artistic Satisfaction: Photography is a subjective artistic service. While we strive for excellence with our professional setup, satisfaction is not guaranteed. Digital Delivery: All packages include a downloadable link to all pictures taken, which will be emailed or texted shortly after Picture Weekend. Memory Book Features: Each package includes the purchase of a specific quantity of poses and a corresponding feature in the Digital Memory Book. Booking Requirements: Each individual dancer must be booked in their own separate 10-minute slot. Siblings must be booked in separate, back-to-back spots. Studio Etiquette: The Photo Studio is a "Model Zone Only". Guardians may be denied access to watch photo sessions.
