If you feel you have received an absentee text by mistake, please contact the studio.
This form must be completed and submitted to our office within 14 days of the absence. Refer to the Attendance Policy in the KKS Policy Book for complete information on acceptable excused absences. Emails, text messages, nor phones calls are accepted as proper absentee excuse submission. We do not offer pro-rates for missed classes. No refunds or credits offered at KKS!
