Cancellation Policy

Payments • Private lessons must be paid in full to be booked. • Bookings with Cash/Check payments must be made in person at KKS. Check should be payable to “Kyle Kahn Studios” with your teacher’s name on the memo line. • Bookings with Debit/Credit Card payments can be made online or in person at KKS. Cancellation • We require a 48-hour notice for cancellations of your scheduled private lesson to allow rescheduling. Cancellations with less than 48 hours of your scheduled private lesson are NOT allowed to re-schedule unless the Director approves. • If you have booked your private lesson with less than 24 hours between your booking time and scheduled private lesson, rescheduling for that cancelled lesson is not offered. You must purchase a new Private Lesson. • Cancellations/Rescheduling can only be done by texting KKS at 678-764-3909 or your Private Lesson Conversation Window with your instructor. • We DO NOT accept cancellations/rescheduling by email or voicemail. • Rescheduling a private lesson is subject to availability. Late Arrivals • If you think you may be late for your lesson, text us immediately. • If the studio has not been notified within 10mins after your lesson’s start time & you have not arrived, it may be given away or cancelled. No refunds will be given for any reason & rescheduling of that lesson is not offered. • If you arrive late for your lesson, your lesson will be modified to fit the remaining time booked. You will not be allowed to go over your time booked. For example -The lesson is schedule from 4:30pm-5:00pm & you arrive at 4:45pm. The lesson will still conclude at 5:00pm. • The full lesson payment is required & rescheduling will not be offered. No Call No Shows • No Call, No Shows are not allowed to reschedule that private lesson. • Refunds are not given for any reason; the full lesson payment is required & rescheduling will not be offered. Parent Viewing/Involvement • We politely ask parents NOT to sit in on the private lessons without the teacher’s permission. • Conversation between parent & teacher can take away from lesson time. • We always suggest arriving 10 mins early for all private lessons to be ready to go on time. • Filming of private lessons is strictly prohibited unless permission from the teacher is obtained. Videos/Photos from Private Lessons are not allowed for public posting/viewing unless written permission is obtained from Kyle Kahn Studios.
